Our client is a world leader in quality, risk and compliance and one of the top 300 performers on the ASX. Due to strong performance within their Risk, Environment, Health & Safety business they have several new positions available in their Perth office. They enjoy a blue chip client base and have successfully expanded into new markets globally. This growth is creating further demand on the client services team as new clients come on board.
In this role you will work under the direction of an experienced Project Manager and over time develop a strong subject knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and Risk compliance and deep understanding of the underlying databases and the application functionality. It is a client facing role where you will work with key stakeholders and business users to understand their processes and reporting requirements. You will learn how to configure the software to support their workflow and build reports using a report writing tool similar to Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
You will spend up to 30% of your time working directly with clients conducting workshops, interviews and user training. To be effective in this capacity you will need to be well presented and demonstrate excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. As part of a multi-disciplinary team your ability to work effectively with others within a team throughout the project lifecycle will drive successful outcomes for the client. As part of the post-implementation hand-over and support you will also work closely with the helpdesk team to quickly and accurately determine the likely cause of incidents or faults in the software configuration. As a further extension to your role you will be also expected to participate and contribute toward the development of continuous improvement initiatives relating to implementation and client support. If you can tick many of the boxes and can ultimately see yourself leading engagements as a functional expert in the application suite, a subject matter expert in HSE and Risk, or perhaps as the lead consultant, project manager or program manager sitting across multiple implementations, then we need to talk.
